Job Description

As a Clinical Hospice Liaison, your day-to-day will include:

  • Develop new service areas and improve existing outreach strategies
  • Meet with patients and families to explain hospice services with clarity and compassion
  • Help determine patients’ eligibility for hospice care
  • Coordinate with hospitals, physicians, and long-term care facilities
  • Identify new referral opportunities through hospice business development efforts
  • Serve as a trusted hospice care consultant to both families and providers
  • Follow up when patients transition from hospital to hospice
  • Keep internal teams informed and aligned with admission details

Qualifications for Hospice Marketing Consultant​

We’re looking for candidates with a background in:

  • Background in healthcare sales, marketing, account management, or consulting (RN license helpful but not required)
  • Hospice marketing jobs or healthcare account manager roles
  • Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in business development or hospice consultant jobs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & PowerPoint)
  • Organizational and relationship-building abilities
